@Christina Carey She doesn't have any experience yet, but she's going through the Hondros program next month in town.  I'm open to talk about some options to see what will work.  We're both very motivated and looking for someone with our same goals.

@Christina Carey Thanks for the invite. It's nice to see a husband and wife team on here. My wife is currently working on getting her Real Estate License (any thoughts on a broker to sponsor her for the test?) While she's doing that I'm setting up a business plan for an LLC.

I've been going through the Forum and Podcasts for about a month now, and I thought its about time to make a profile and introduce myself.  I've been really impressed by the content and I just finished two of J Scott's books on flipping houses.  

I'm in Dayton, OH and I'm looking to rehab some houses.  I've bought a few foreclosures as primary residences over the years, and I've done all the work myself.  I'm looking to expand and find a team to eventually do this full time.  

I'm excited to be part of this great community and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
