Hi Bp friends,

I have  a seller that want to sell his already mortgaged house to brother and mother. Neither one of them qualifies for bank financing. I suggested owner financing, but the seller want to buy another house. The seller is located in Georgia, as am I. How can I help this family and make a few dollars on the end deal.

Question to my BP colleagues. I have a seller that want market price for his home. The home is completely paid for, and the only rehab that needed is interior paint and new carpet. I'm trying to structure a deal, and the only thing I can come up with is a subto or seller financing. Is that possible if the house is free and clear?

Hey guys and Kathy thanks for the replies. Has anyone of you made your first deal yet? I had 2 properties under contract but I had a hard time finding buyers. I don't think I talked my seller down enough. O well you live and you learn, right.

Hello new friends,

My name is Tikii I am brand new to the real estate world. I am interested in starting some relationships with fellow investors. I am very easy to work with, very motivated. I would like to start out doing some bird dogging if anyone interested. I'm here to learn as much as I can.  I am not looking for any type of handouts. I prefer to work for my money, and I'm hard working.  I have learned in my 40 years of life that the appreciation is greater when it is earned. My utlimate goal is to be a Wholesaler. I am very interested in buying and flipping, and buy and holds.
