Hi Everyone,

I am young professional wanted to get into real estate investing. I want to do this for passive income. I believe more in the buy and hold strategy for rental income but find that LA housing market is pretty high which is hard to find a good deal. I would love some guidance and advice on getting started.

I've been following the podcast and already started the guide. Look forward to learning more.

Best,

Pin

Have you considered buying in Indiana? Lots of great turn key deals around here.
