Thanks everyone!

I did consider turnkey but I feel that I should stay local first and expand out of state when I am more comfortable. Turnkey is tempting and I actually looked into Indiana because I had a family friend there but decided against it.

Los Angeles is what I know for now so I'll start learning from here. Hope the drought won't affect anything haha. Thanks for the support!

Best,

Hi Everyone,

I am young professional wanted to get into real estate investing. I want to do this for passive income. I believe more in the buy and hold strategy for rental income but find that LA housing market is pretty high which is hard to find a good deal. I would love some guidance and advice on getting started.

I've been following the podcast and already started the guide. Look forward to learning more.

Best,
