Lucky Ebizugbe,

I'm a bit confused by your response. Not sure if you're asking if I found a private lender for that project or if you are a private lender

I just acquired a home from a sheriff sale auction and am having trouble financing it.  I had a pre-qualification letter but my current bank won't finance the property because it's under $40,000 (apparently too low for them to work with).

Any suggestions for financing a sheriff sale in a TIMELY fashion. I have a couple weeks.

I paid cash for my first property so I'd prefer to finance the next few.

Thank you for your help!

I've mostly been looking in the Midwest city/del city area but I'm open to OKC as long as the numbers make sense/cents.  I don't mind rehab but I'm not looking for a total renovation. I'm mostly looking for paint/floors maybe some kitchen attention and minor bathroom updates.  My ideal price would be around $30k depending on the property.

Hello my name is Bree.  I just acquired my first property a few months ago in the OKC area and it's doing well.  Currently seeking my next few properties but I'm having a difficult time finding my next deal.
