Hello everyone, 

I've been reading posts on BP for a while and finally made some time to set up a profile. A good friend of mine is a successful REI in the Bay Area and I got into wholesaling after bird-dogging for him for a while. I'd like to move onto flipping and eventually REI.

I'd be interested in networking with other wholesalers, flippers, real estate investors, agents, estate attorneys and bird-dogs working in the Bay.
