Hello, 

I'm a wholesaler in San Francisco attending my first REI workshop/event. Are there any other agents/investors/flippers/wholesalers from the Bay attending this? It would be great to network and socialize with people from my area during and after the event.

That would indeed be a great podcast. Even though I'm right in SF, I work mostly on the Peninsula. I came across a couple of good deals in SF but both homes had renters on "rent control", quite a tricky situation I'm not willing to get into.

Hello everyone, 

I've been reading posts on BP for a while and finally made some time to set up a profile. A good friend of mine is a successful REI in the Bay Area and I got into wholesaling after bird-dogging for him for a while. I'd like to move onto flipping and eventually REI.

I'd be interested in networking with other wholesalers, flippers, real estate investors, agents, estate attorneys and bird-dogs working in the Bay.
