Hello everyone,

I am a new member from Northern Virginia, focused on investing in Baltimore. I am mostly looking to buy and hold multifamily properties and would love to connect with others in the BP community who are active in Baltimore. I am relatively new to RE investing, so definitely have a lot to learn. I look forward to connecting!

@Michael Clippinger Welcome to BP.  I actively own currently in Montgomery and Frederick Counties, but not in Baltimore County or City.  One thing to keep in mind when doing your analysis is to consider the real estate tax situation in Baltimore City. It is more than double the rate of the rest of Maryland. I would also really familiarize yourself with Baltimore. Baltimore can change drastically by just going a few blocks.
