New Member from Florida!
Hi everyone my name is Chris and I'm from the Orlando, Fl area, I'm new to the forums but listen to the podcast on a regular basis. Im totally new to real estate in general and have been motivated by my good friend who has been listening to the podcast for some time now. My friend and I are interested in buying single/multifamily units together we're both inexperienced but are anxious about getting started on the right path to real estate investing.

Read up on the landlord tenant laws in your areas, buy some properties close to home and take it slow. I am sure you and your friend will find that it's really that difficult to start building a nice rental portfolio.
