Hello BP community!! 

I'm a newbie from New York City. I'm amazed at how much BP has grown within the last few years. It's awesome! I found BP back in 2006 or so, and kind of dropped out of the seen completely after the housing market crash. I  beat myself up thinking where I would've been by now had I stay on the real estate investing track. Well, here I am. Determined to break out of the "rat race". No turning back now.
