Newbie to the Board and to CT

Hello folks, I've been in CT for 1 year, moved up from Orlando FL. Yeah, I know WHY? Well work related for now... 

I've done rehab, flips, and repair and hold for rental in FL. Looking to see if I do it here, (Windsor/Hartford area). I've gone through a LOT of Material over the years (a lot of Gurus materials) its pretty much all the same. 

I have not done Wholesales, I'm looking to start... perhaps partner? Don't know, I have limited time with a corporate job and family life. 

Hope you all are doing good, learning and going for it. RE is awesome, i love it. First time to this board. I hope to learn from you all and contribute as well!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). You can Google to locate them and go to meetup.com
