Hi everybody!
I have started listening to the BP podcasts over the past few weeks and have been really inspired to work on networking and developing my REI knowledge. In addition to joining BP, I just bought my first 3 investing books: Rich Dad Poor Dad, The ONE Thing, and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.
My wife and I currently own 2 rentals in Broken Arrow, OK. We bought the first in February 2014 and the second in November 2014. I'm excited to close on a 3rd in 2 weeks. All are single family. My two rentals have been very successful for me. I'm evaluating whether to rent, flip, or lease purchase this 3rd house...and we may even end up moving into it for a bit! We sold our personal home 2 months ago and have been in an apartment since then. Hopefully we find our next personal home soon...giving away money to an apartment stinks! Haha
I have a lot to learn and I'm looking forward to browsing the forums and more podcasts.
We're paying cash for this 3rd one but if we keep it we will want to refi...anybody have any suggestions for who to use?
1 year goal: purchase 2 investment properties
5 year goal: generate enough cash flow to be able to work for myself by supplementing my income with flips
10 year goal: invest in commercial and multi-family properties...and let other people do the heavy lifting!!
In truth, I love working hard so I hope to be the closet millionaire that mows grass, fixes plumbing and paints walls...but only when I want to!

Hello John! Welcome to BP. Nice to see someone else from the Tulsa area.
I haven't personally refinanced any properties, but I've had a really good experience with Oklahoma Central Credit Union on various types of loans. They've always been very responsive, had great customer service, and just been very easy to work with.
Best of luck!
