Here's the link for the Tulsa Real Estate Investors Association meetup page, I think it's the one Nancy is referring to.

Hello John! Welcome to BP. Nice to see someone else from the Tulsa area.

I haven't personally refinanced any properties, but I've had a really good experience with Oklahoma Central Credit Union on various types of loans. They've always been very responsive, had great customer service, and just been very easy to work with.

Best of luck!

I had lunch with a local landlord yesterday and he directed me to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission's webiste, http://www.ok.gov/OREC/Contract_Forms_and_Related_..., which has several PDF forms that can be filled out electronically. The lease adn lease application forms are at the bottom of the page under "RESIDENTIAL LEASE CONTRACTS and FORMS".

I'm sure a lot of you have already seen this, but I'm sure it will be useful to some of us that are just starting out.

I'm currently looking for a good real estate agent in the Tulsa area that has some experience with investing in single and multi-family rental properties. If you guys can recommend anyone please let me know.
