I'm a newbie from Amherst, NH. I have both rented and owned my own home, but am very new to investing. I'm interested in Buy and Hold investing to generate cash flow. I stumbled on to BiggerPockets as i was searching the internet for pearls of real estate investing wisdom, and am grateful for my good luck!
