Hi All,

I'm a newbie from Amherst, NH. I have both rented and owned my own home, but am very new to investing. I'm interested in Buy and Hold investing to generate cash flow. I stumbled on to BiggerPockets as i was searching the internet for pearls of real estate investing wisdom, and am grateful for my good luck! I'm very excited to be a part of this community and to learn and share with you all!

Welcome @Monica Bhattacharya!  I'm a real estate agent that covers Southern NH (and live right nearby!) that works with investor buyers and sellers (for rental properties or fix & flip).  You'll find a ton of useful information on BiggerPockets.  From the forums, to the podcasts, to the blog posts, read everything you can and you'll learn a lot!

I'd also recommend meeting other investors nearby.  There's a few Real Estate Investment Associations (REIAs) around that you should check out.  NHREIA meets once a month and there are a lot of great people to meet and learn from.

Best of luck to you, and feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have!

Matt Lefebvre
