@Shaun Reilly Thanks Shaun! I plan to be at the NHREIA meeting in september, and am in the process of maiking joining the Mastermind meetup.  Hopefully I'll get to meet you there too! :) 

There are tons of podcasts... I've listened to several, and they are awesome. Are there particular ones that you would recommend listening to first?

I'm a newbie from Amherst, NH. I have both rented and owned my own home, but am very new to investing. I'm interested in Buy and Hold investing to generate cash flow. I stumbled on to BiggerPockets as i was searching the internet for pearls of real estate investing wisdom, and am grateful for my good luck!
