mobile home parks or storage units

we are a small family looking to invest by  buying a MHP or a storage facility.

So far our realtor found only on MHP, for 425K, for 19 units.  IT seems an awful lot of money, considering they just sold it 6 years ago for 113K, same MHP.

The homes are owned by the tenants of the lot, which is good, not sure if that investment will be a good one or not.

Need to read more about investment strategies for MHP in Tucson, Arizona.
