I've been following BP (listening to podcasts and reading articles) for a little over a year, but I just now created a profile. My intent is to be a bit more active on the site as I'm able. I'm here to learn everything I can about real estate. I hope to grow my portfolio of cash flowing SFH's. I'm also interested in multi-family investments and the world of buying notes.

It's a great time to be building your real estate portfolio.  You will never stop learning, so this site is a good place to be.  Aside from buy-and-hold properties, Notes can be another good source of passive income (I just recorded a podcast episode on this).
