Hello. My name is Vivian. My partner Luis and I a new to real estate investing. We went to a seminar 2 months ago and here we are; eager to learn the business. The information thus far is so overwhelming that we just don't know where to really start. Looking for guidance and training. We were at an open house yesterday and the real wstate agent pointed us in this direction as an investor himself. 

I am currently working as a Legal Assistant for an Employment and Labor Law Firm and Luis is retired. He currently has property that he rents and works on himself. His experience is buy and hold. I have only purchased my own residences. We are ready to learn this business and have made a commitment to each other to make this work.
