Wanted to say Hi. Ran across this site at a REO conference. I have been investing full time in real estate since 2003. And part time since 99. Involved in 4 smaller developments and many rental properties. I have some experience with Short Sales, Fix and Flips. Last few years have done medium size SFR lot development projects.

I like the outdoors. Married 12 years with 3 kids.

Hope all is well with everyone. This is a crazy time in the market. I am learning new lessons everyday. I hope I can contribute here.
