Which part of Memphis to Invest In
Hello,
I am looking to invest in Memphis - leaning towards the buy and hold strategy. I can't seem to find a neighborhood that I feel entirely comfortable with. Can any locals give me some insight on Cordova, Hickory Hill and Raleigh Neighborhood? How big of a role do good school districts play?
Thank you!

@Pam Schuster 38141 is also Hickory Hill area, this for the most part is a nice area. There are plenty of newer homes and also new builds in the area, but with the same breath I will say that almost all areas of Memphis have to be evaluated neighborhood by neighborhood and even street by street. There are some rough areas in that area as well. Unfortunately, you can't just go by zip code in Memphis. If you have a specific property in mind let me know and I can tell you what I think!
