Robert and Jean! Thank you so much for your replies. I'm sorry it's taken a few days to get back with you, I was in Mexico for a week. I'm actually sitting on the plane as in Phoenix as I type this waiting to de-board. I'd love to link up with you and make it to a local meet up when available. Let's chat soon! Ps. Hey hey! My name is Michael and I am a new RE investor in Las Vegas! I am excited about starting a new chapter in my life and am confident I will find some success in this industry.

I am a full time firefighter with the City of Las Vegas and have been in that industry for the last 8 years. I am looking at capitalizing on my time off and transitioning into a second career in real estate investment. I am currently in the middle of a project flip with another investor... may I say, what an exciting experience it has been thus far!
