I am on a real estate team with my family.  We sell over 200 residential homes per year.   We have 85 apartment rentals, 26 garage rentals and a 55+ home retirement community.    Our company also owns and operates a construction company with 12+ employees.  We also flip 10-20 homes per year.  Our goal as a family is to acquire a total of 400 rental units in the next 5-7 years.    We really enjoy all that real estate has to offer.    We are always learning new ways to do things.   I am excited to see what will come our way next.
