Hey, Good evening,

I am a new investor in real estate. I do not own any properties at this time but looking to obtain as much information as possible right now. I have attended seminars and am currently enrolled on a online class with WCI. If anybody has tips or stories on how they obtained your first house on a low budget please share!!

Thanks, I'm excited for the future.

Ryan

Hey Ryan,

I'm new to BP too, and also in Louisville.  There seems to be tons of info on BP about starting out with a lean budget.  I can't really add much to that but I'm happy to connect with you!  I skipped single family and went straight to multi.  PM me if you want to talk more.  Best wishes as you get rolling!

John
