Hi, Im Fiona.

I am very new at all this, I would like to learn about Washington State and Wholesaling. Where do I start??? Where in WA would be best for me to research if I was wanting to wholesale?

Has anyone been wholesaling in WA? 

Is anyone flipping here? Where is best to flip?

I am so interested in learning this stuff, it looks like lots of fun!
