Newbie moving from DC to Odessa

Hello Everyone,

My name is Bolanle and I currently own a 4 unit building in DC. Getting married in October and will be moving to Odessa, TX. I am eager to start doing fix-and-flip in Odessa/Midland area or own rental properties, whichever makes more sense in that market. I am super excited about learning about the local market there and looking forward to learning from this great website.
