I've heard Excel on 281/Bitters but I don't have any personal experience with them.

 Its not the roaches you see its the ones you dont see .   Call a professional take care of the problem before it gets worse

 Exactly. You might not know how bad the problem is because for every one you see there are a hundred you don't see and half of them are pregnant with other ones.

Agree that you should change the locks. Not sure what she means about her three days because she never signed a contract to trigger that rule. In good faith you can return the deposit as long as you are following the laws of your state and only after its cleared by the bank.

If it's an infestation get a professional. They will have to do multiple treatments probably. Can't say it enough but cleaning will help to get the problem under control. Paper, clutter, trash attracts bugs. Fog, boric acid or that combat gel around all the base boards, treat perimeter.
