Hi everyone,

My name is Josh and I am new to the site and real estate in general. I live in the Fox Valley area of Wisconsin. My interests at this point would be single and multi family rentals for monthly income along with house flipping. I like the idea of flipping houses so I can increase my construction knowledge and I could also further utilize my degree in architectural design. I look forward to meeting everyone and I am hoping to attend next months REI meeting!
