I'm Jose Ramery, but most people call me Joey. I have a bit of experience in real estate, although most of it has been on the retail end. About 2 years ago I formed a company with my dad in San Antonio, TX. As soon as Real Estate Dynamos LLC was up we dove in head first into our rehab. That was a great learning experience and an eye opener at how expansive the world of REI is.

Since then, I’ve moved to Miami, FL and am blessed to live and work in South Beach.  I absolutely love being able to walk nearly everywhere I need to on a daily basis.  I am settled in and am ready to invest again.  For the time being, I want to learn the areas near me by dedicating myself to networking and wholesaling to other investors.  Ideally I would love to find partners that can show me the ropes in Miami since every market has its own specific nuances.

I have a steady 9-5, M-F accounting job; the rest of the time I am always ready and able to work, learn and grow towards becoming a fulltime investor.  I joined BP a couple weeks ago and have already found the community and information sharing invaluable.  Thank you!!
