My name is Robin Tamburri and I am very new to real estate investing. Like many on here I have been reading on real estate for years and have yet to make my first deal. 2015 is the year I change that though. I am looking to invest in multifamily homes and rent them. I have no real estate background and appreciate any feedback. I am working with a local investor to make my first deal. I am still very new and have only completed a few analysis so far but am working on analyzing at least 2 - 5 per day to get some practice. any suggestions for other daily practices are welcomed. I am excited to be on here and get as much information as possible and hopefully soon I will be able to give back from my experiences and knowledge.

Welcome, Robin! You should come out to PREIA (Peninsula Real Estate Investors Association). It is just the $12 price of the buffet we meet at (Peking International Buffet, 55 Town Center Way), and the next meeting is in two days on Jul 23rd at 7 PM.
