Good morning Everyone!

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer, I've resided in the Las Vegas metro area for the last 3 years, and have recently made the decision to drop my fears and begin taking action to purchase my first investment property.

I watched Brandon's webinar on June 8th, and the most importnant thing I took away from the webinar was to "take action by doing at least one thing everyday" (thanks Brandon!). So I've started researching different properties, and researching rates and requirements of various lenders. I've also made a commitment to myself to come out of my shell and shed my introverted skin, so I'll be attending my first real estate investment group meeting on Wednesday.

I'm nervous, but my desire to create a passive income stream so that I can quit my job burns stronger than my fear. I've given myself a deadline of August 31, 2015 to have my first property, so wish me luck! :)

@Jennifer S.

Good luck and you're already ahead of most, setting goals and positive attitude.

Remember to read the newbie guides and listen to the podcasts in the car!

Again good luck.
