New to Flipping Houses

Hi, my husband and I live in Atlanta, GA and are new to flipping houses. We both work full time jobs and have 2 elementary school ages kids so as you can imagine we stay really busy. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. We actually bought 3 houses before the crash (which we still have), but the crash kinda discouraged us a bit.

Now we are ready to get back into the game, and decided to learn from our mistakes (buying brand new and renting), now we wanna try this flipping houses stuff that everyone talks about. Really excited about it, there is so much info on this site, i wanna read it all but get lost by all the different links. Im sure i'll get there.

So far our biggest problem is, how to i find the deals.  Which are the best sites to use, and how do i get them before others get them.

Glad to meet you all,

You can either use your own marketing to find deals such as yellow letters, bandit signs, driving for dollars. Or you can network with wholesalers in your area which are doing those marketing strategies and making a small profit selling it to you to flip.
