Newbie in Washington, DC

Hi Everyone,  

I've been listening to the Podcasts for a few months now and thought it was finally time I got active on the website. I'm really excited to join the BP family!

A little bit of background about me--I'm an attorney primarily focusing on business litigation and I'm looking to transition to investing in real estate full time. I'm originally from Los Angeles, California but I've been living in the DMV area for the past 3 years; NoVA and DC. 

My goal is to start off wholesaling properties. Once I get comfortable with the business I want to transition into flipping. I'm focusing on a few mile radius around North Capitol and Rhode Island on both the NW and NE side. If you have any advice, need any help, or just want to say hi, please do so. I would love to connect with both newbies and seasoned investors.
