I have been researching on biggerpockets for a few months now. I am a Real Estate Investor in Jacksonville,FL. I have not made a deal yet, but I just started marketing 1 week ago. In that short week I received about 15 calls from prospective sellers and buyers. I did not close on any of those deals, but I am trying. I would like to give back to the real estate community and biggerpockets by posting my inevitable success step by step!!!
