Newbie here, central Florida, inquiring about rent to own (RTO) sales
I believe a great way starting off as an investor would be to obtain a property at a good price then resell to someone else rent to own. I wouldn't be looking to charge a large amount to where I know at the end of the lease term no bank would approve them for that amount as well. I would be fair in the deal to where I would make some money and hopefully help someone become a home owner. In my area you can obtain a nice 3 bed 2 baths for apo 75k and I would look to sell RTO for apo 100k. I would just like some tips and advice from anyone who does or who has sold homes RTO.
