Wholesaling
Good day all,
Respectfully request some ways to connect with investors through this great foundation on Bigger Pockets. I am new to the site but I have been wholesaling in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area for the past 14 months and I am very happy that I have successfully closed 4 deals. I am taking my time and doing things right so that it becomes second hand. I rather quality or quantity. Any advice for this newbie please feel free to share your experiences good and bad.
