Thanks Mary and nice to meet you. I definitely will be bugging you for I am interested in relocating to the York Township area of Pennsylvania. Great homes I have discovered and you get a lot for your buck. You have a wonderful weekend as well.

Good day all,

Respectfully request some ways to connect with investors through this great foundation on Bigger Pockets. I am new to the site but I have been wholesaling in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area for the past 14 months and I am very happy that I have successfully closed 4 deals. I am taking my time and doing things right so that it becomes second hand. I rather quality or quantity. Any advice for this newbie please feel free to share your experiences good and bad.

I am actually in the wholesaling business because of Mark Whitten. He introduced the simple formula to be able to wholesale houses and make money in the real estate business. At the last seminar he taught over one hundred Baltimore area residents (free of charge) how to " Flip houses like your hair's on fire" which he gasve us both CD's with forms, contracts, etc and how to get the ball rolling. So if you are interested I highly recommend it. Congrats on your wholesale journey.
