New guy in Cedar Rapids
Hello BP,
I am starting my real estate investing career looking for good investments near Cedar Rapids, IA. I plan to start on buy/hold/rent type investments. I discovered BP about a week ago and have already gotten lots of good information. I haven't actually gotten any deals done yet but am running the numbers on a few. I plan to stick with smaller <20 units apartments. Prolly start with a 2-4 plex. I'll be lurking around on this site and may ask for advice once I get closer to getting a deal done. Thanks in advance for everything I plan to learn from here.

@Craig McLaughlin Welcome to BP. @Account Closed I was looking at a house but when I realized it was on the same street as @Austin Davis's recently acquired 4 plex's I ran away.... No hope for that neighborhood... lol
