I'm a newbie real estate broker, how do I find investors locally to work with?
I am a newbie real estate broker (just got licensed in March) here in Albuquerque, NM. I've been on BiggerPockets since 2011. How can I find investors that want to do lots of buying or selling? I'd rather work with investors and get repeat business from them than work with a once-in-7-years "normal" person that buys or sells a home. I am working a full time job (not real estate related) that pays the bills but I'd much rather be doing real estate full-time (in particular I'd rather be investing more myself).
If there are any investors in Albuquerque that want to give me a chance, please call me directly or message me and let's meet and talk.

Jimmy research your tax records. See where it lists the contact address as different from the actual tax card address.
Look up MLS data where the property sold for cash. Likely an investor there.
