I've been listening to the BP podcasts for awhile now and finally decided to check out the site.

I am looking to get more involved in real estate investing. I currently own a rental property in Norfolk, VA. And I'm very interested in eventually doing some rehabs in Virginia Beach or Chesapeake, VA.
