My sister and I are planning to start rehabbing together once she retires from her current job at the beginning of next year.

What kinds of things should we be doing right now to prepare for what's to come?

I've been listening to the BP podcasts for awhile now and finally decided to check out the site.

I am looking to get more involved in real estate investing. I currently own a rental property in Norfolk, VA. And I'm very interested in eventually doing some rehabs in Virginia Beach or Chesapeake, VA.
