Hi, everyone. My name is Joel Cerda. I'm currently a truck driver and am tired of working long and weird hours. I'm looking into real estate to achieve financial freedom. I'm mainly hoping to achieve that dream through rental properties i.e. apartment buildings and the like. I have little in the way of knowledge and assets but I'm more than willing to learn. I'm interested in the Northern NJ, Eastern PA, and Baltimore, MD areas. Any help and advice will be more than welcome. Thank you all in advance.
