Hello BP. My name is Joshua Small.

I own a cloth diaper business that my wife and I started. We have 3 children.

I have been interested in real estate for a long time. Our business is doing well and I want to put most of those eggs in the real estate basket. Today, I am ready to dive in head first.

I am a total noob that has never done a deal. I want to generate a cashflowing, sustainable business, but I want to start out finding deals and earning some money by wholesaling and flipping.

I embarrassed to say that I joined BiggerPockets 5 years ago, and this is my 1st post, but as it was once said, “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” – Chinese Proverb
