Thanks for your replies. I think I need to be more clear.

I am not trying to avoid using the LLC name or be deceptive. I just want to know what names to put on the contracts.

I am wholesaling. I have a motivated seller Website - DBA #1 (ABC), and a Buyers list generating website - DBA #2 (DEF).

My LLC is under a third name (XYZ, LLC).

When I buy, should I use XYZ, LLC dba ABC and when I sell or assign use XYC, LLC dba DEF? Or just XYZ, LLC on everything?

If I use just the LLC name on the contracts, would I use the name on all marketing materials in addition to DBA #1 (ABC)?

Can I buy with DBA #1 and sell with DBA #2 under the same parent LLC? Or would I use the LLC name on both sides? Would it differ if I was doing assignment vs double close?

Hello BP. My name is Joshua Small.

I own a cloth diaper business that my wife and I started. We have 3 children.

I have been interested in real estate for a long time. Our business is doing well and I want to put most of those eggs in the real estate basket. Today, I am ready to dive in head first.

I am a total noob that has never done a deal. I want to generate a cashflowing, sustainable business, but I want to start out finding deals and earning some money by wholesaling and flipping.
