Hello all. I am new to the Wilmington Delaware area and also new to real estate investing. Does anybody have any advice towards the best way to get started? I have wanted to own and rent properties for 20+ years now and I feel like I need to start now before it's too late. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
