Hey everyone,

I'm a new member and have been checking out features of site for a couple of weeks and wanted to introduce myself to the BP community.

My wife and I live approximately 30 minutes north of Charlotte and have been dabbling in real estate for about a year. It started almost by chance when we moved out of our townhouse and decided to rent it instead of selling it. That went so well we have purchased 3 additional properties since.

I am amazed at the amount of information contained on the BP site and look forward to learning more and meeting other investors in the Charlotte area. To date I have been a buy and hold investor, but would be interested in other areas of real estate as my experience and contacts grow.
