Hi!  I'm Tobi Van Zandt  My husband and I are real estate investors that recently stumbled across this website while in search of a way to finance more properties because we've "run out of loans."  We've owned and managed our own properties since 2009, all single family, and are in the process of selling our first flip.  I'm a licensed real estate agent and my husband works a full time job (shift work) that allows us time to work together on our projects.  Since finding this site just days ago we've learned a lot about commercial lending and portfolio lenders.  We're excited to have found BP and are soaking it up as fast as we can to help us improve our investment strategies.
