Hello BPers!

Hi i'm Bobbie, 28 y/o plumbing and heating mechanic.  I've been browsing the forums for a few weeks now. I just closed on my first duplex this morning in  Sacramento,Ca and i figured this would be a great time to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to being apart of the community and i'm willing to help out anyway i can.
