Hello all~!

I am an experienced investor in the Baltimore METRO area. I have many many wholesale deals ready for the taking. Have several deals pending.

Looking for hard money/private money to make rehab purchases. Ready to do complete rehab jobs, partial rehab jobs, sfh, townhomes, apartments, rowhomes.
