I've invested now for 6 years. I began with landlording small duplexes and sold them all.

During the housing boom I took an interest in flipping until it all went sour. NOW I look for wholesale properties, fix them up and flip them.. I look for full rehab projects and partial.

Baltimore has many many properties just for the taking. Recently found some beautiful austere Victorian styled townhomes and ONE dilpapidated apartment building which has great potential. The GOOD NEWS? The seller only wants 25K for the property. It has a great location near downtown and many businesses around.

Would serve a a great luxury building for rentals.

Tons and tons of these around. Just need help in getting the funding to get started.
